This a 6" square tier from the top of a three tier cake. The simple white and black decor includes rolled fondant finish, fabric ribbon, evenly spaced Swiss dots and fresh Calla lilies from the florist.

This two tier cake provides 36 wedding slice servings. This smaller cake is finished with rolled fondant, fabric ribbon, royal icing piping and fresh flowers from the florist. The cake stand is a 12" glass footed cake plate.

This 4" two layer cake is served on a bread and butter plate. Simply vanilla cake and vanilla butter cream icing it is decorated with a single hydrangea bloom. Each cake serves 5 guests - two cakes were places as table decoration for the 10-guest tables.

A simply lovely cake, it includes 6" and 10" tiers to serve 36 guests. The swirled butter cream icing is finished with "sugared" berries. These happened to be artificial due to unavailability, but were sugared by hand.

Beautiful deep red-violet orchids borrowed from the table arrangements provide the finishing touch of this popular three tier cake. Rolled fondant, fabric ribbon and Swiss dot provide a lovely picture.

Did you say Chocolate? Devil's Food Cake, Chocolate Mousse filling, Chocolate Butter cream Icing covered with Fudgy Chocolate Rolled Fondant. Decorated with Blue and Yellow fresh flowers from the florist and set out on a family heirloom table cloth. Wonderful!
