European Style Dessert Cakes... are delectable chocolate, fruit or other favorite flavor fillings sandwiched between layers of flavored sponge cake. Toppings vary from rich chocolate or fruit glazes to French meringue, or fluffy buttercream. The cakes listed below are my original versions of traditional recipes, but, of course, you may choose to vary the combinations of cake, filling or topping. Just ask - the possibilities are delicious!

Please Note: Most of these dessert cakes can be made as a sheet cake with 2 layers of cake and a decadent filling and topping! They also make great Cupcakes! Just ask for sizes and prices.

Italian Dream Cake My friend Julie turned me onto this recipe from her mother. This is my version of what I have found to be a favorite of many. Moist layers of coconut & nut flavored cake, filled with cream and a touch of apricot filling. Finished with cream cheese icing and toasted nuts. 9" three-layer cake - - - - - $35.00

Triple Chocolate Cake Chocolate cake, layered with milk chocolate mousse filling and surrounded with a dark chocolate glaze. 8" three-layer cake - -- - $30.00 12" X 12" two-layer cake--- $50.00

Chocolate cake, layered with cherry and cream fillings, surrounded by chocolate butter cream and topped with chocolate genache. Decorated with maraschino cherries. 9" three-layer cake ----- $35.00

A traditional molded cake begins with vanilla cake layered with whipped Ricotta cheese flavored with chocolate, cherries, Amaretto, and citrus peel. Finished with whipped cream, cherries and chopped toasted walnuts. 9" cake serves up to 20..............$35 Call for pricing of other sizes
